No. VASCO Assistant is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I am a practicing Senior VASCO, and I built it from the certifying official's side of the desk.
Everything in this Help Center is based on publicly available VA guidance and my own experience certifying students. It is practical advice, not official VA policy. When a situation is unusual or the stakes are high, confirm with your ELR or the official VA sources linked in each article.
What that means in practice
- You still certify through Enrollment Manager, the VA's system.
- Payment decisions, debts, and eligibility are made by the VA, not by us.
- Students with account questions should contact the VA directly at 1-888-GI-BILL-1.
- Our guidance is updated as VA guidance changes, and each article shows when it was last reviewed.
